However, there is no firm date for general availability yet. As it matures, it will reportedly be used to track feedback across other Microsoft 365 services, and even Windows. It is important to note that while the portal is publicly accessible, it is still in preview. The Redmond tech giant had previously stated that the mechanism is powered by its Dynamics 365 Customer Service. Users can also "star" their favorite ideas to track them and receive a notification from Microsoft when they receive an official response. The portal is fairly easily to use with the requests filed by users being the center of attraction along with multiple filters such as platform, category, number of votes etc. Interestingly, Microsoft's blog post only mentions preview availability for Teams, and the dedicated section for that can be perused here.
It's simply referred to as "Feedback (preview)" on the dedicated page and there are sections included for Teams, Edge, and the portal itself. It now appears that the portal is live for Microsoft Teams as a preview, as announced in a blog post. Just like many other forums that the company has launched over the years, such as UserVoice, this hub is yet another place for people to log feedback and requests to the Redmond tech giant about its software.
